I use Diesel Mate additive every time I fuel. Gulf Coast filters tells me I have the lowest soot levels of any Cat (oil sample) in there database at .01-.02 ppm.

It was a huge problem in hot rod mechanicals. Change oil more frequently with better filtration is the best answer.

Max Mileage catalyst. I haven't used it but I've heard good things.

It’s also hocked by a couple of the biggest swindlers in the industry.

Explain. I haven't used it and don't know much about it but some folks I know and trust like it. Tell me what you know.

I’m talking about Bruce from PP and Kevin Rutherford. Both of them jump on things and then those things end up being nothing more than a big waste of money. They are going to talk great things about whoever’s product will pay them to do so. Don’t fault them for it, but it makes me have zero trust in either one.

I also believe that most people don’t really track mileage or anything else for that matter all that well, and when they buy into some of these things they actually start to monitor it closely and discover they are doing better than what they had originally thought.

I also believe some people want it to work so bad that they say it does even though they really don’t know if it made a difference or not.

    I use pittsburgh max mileage....
My mpg went up a little
My def went down a little
The engine runs and idles quarter...

And yes I track my fuel and def mileage.. yes every stop from the day I got the truck
