I already have the CSA cargo securement handbook. One of my friends had another book dedicated strictly to oversize. However Im not able to get in touch with him, was wandering if anyone here knows of such a handbook? Specifically one in PDF format.
Any handbooks or resource materials for heavy haul recommended?

That is just what they call it. It has basic provisions for each state and sun rise/sunset tables in it also.

The scra permit manual is better and available as a download on the internet. Has every state including Hawaii and each Canadian province. It contains website info for each state and a phone number as well.

I agree it may not be the Bible, but some guys don't even carry that. I have a whole 3" binder aptly named "The Big Book of Stuff". Last year Kansas was handing out maps of bridge heights for I believe every bridge on state roads, I took two. I have not been to Washington state in almost 4 years, but I have the latest provision sheet, just in case....
