    That might work with a samller carrier, but larger carriers and a lot of smaller companies do background checks and if what is on your application doeesn't match they are not likely to consider you. Either refresher course or local carrier ask them "What do I need to get back behnd the wheel?" Outside of hat you have the big company schools, but then you have to work a year for them or pay for the school. Good luck I have been for 13 years (with over 20 years experience) and runnnng into the same problem.

    The smaller companies are more forgiving and will most likely give you a shot. Some of them may require you team drive for a little while but that's better than an expensive refresher course or trainee pay. Its probably actually a good thing that the mega-carriers won't hire you! I was in the same situation as you and had no problem getting hired on with a smaller company.
