Any Hunt Transportation drivers out there

Well I worked for them for a number of years...Was terminated for bumping a trailer...real reason was making 39 cents a mile and they were hiring folks at that time for 22 cents a mile. Dac reports are allways negative...allways expect the worse. If you have a dispute with supervisor or safety...bad dac report. They will put you on dedicated runs that you cannot make...or try to beat you out of money you have comming...This is from other drivers not just myself. It is just another large corporation. If you run hard for them and leave they will black list you with DAC just like all the other big companies. Your better off going with a small company less beuracracy...and probably more money.

I'm sure it was a honest mistake , but you can see how mentioning anything with the word "Hunt", can be like a bull seeing red . Probably dropped his beer and fell outa the bark a lounger when he saw that dreaded word. You probably averted a medical emergency with the correction

i don't get it, i think $47k a year isn't that bad unless you live in a high tax area like new york. the most important part of the post is he seems happy with his job. that's worth more than you can put a price on.

i have several years exp. in RGN, recruiter sayes they have alot of it, and everyone pulls all the trailers, any input would be greatful ...
