I would check these guys out.

Not a kw700 but being in a company truck couldn't drill holes so I built this to hold my tv and solve the issues of back panels ripping off or the mounting holes ripping g out from the vibration in my issue shaker.
Ran a panel from top of the bunk box between the top bunk and the wall then boxed the tv in backed with some extra foam I had laying around to stop vibration from the little slack I had built in for venting. Used bolts and angle brackets to support the weight of the tv had it up for a few months now and no issues or noise even rolling down some pretty rough roads in LA. That's a 32" tv only issue and nor really an issue to me is with that system and size tv I lose about 2- 3 inchs lifting the bunk up still plenty of room to get into it.

It's actually 3/4 inch pine project panels not the thin paneling you would use for pure asthetics.
