Don't go to CDL school until you know which trucking company will hire you after CDL school. What good is having a CDL license if you can't get CDL work? Half of the trucking companies that can hire newbies offer Tuition Reimbursement to new-hires. You earn your pay by driving and the company provides extra money every pay period or every month that the new-hire can pay toward the school loan. Your school loan may be $250/month and the TR may only be $200 per month, so you still need to find the extra $50/mo and pay your loan on-time, but you are getting most of all of that student loan paid by the trucking company.

Your credit must be really, really bad. I don't know how to fix that other than get a job, pay your bills on-time for 2 years and wait for your credit score to improve. Lots of people will sell you plans, but those plans take time. My plan above works every time it is used for as long as it is used.
