Any info for CT/Central Transport - Richmond, VA terminal?

CT is hiring in my area, I'm in my first year so I don't have a ton of options. Their website says 6mo's exp and doubles/triples and HAZMAT req, but they have a craigslist ad that only requires that your willing to ad them, so I'm thinking their hurting bad. I tried doing a search on it but could only find a couple threads, CT doesn't have a section in the reviews forum they weren't that good but they were also a couple years old. Wasn't sure if anything changed or not. A lot of threads said their trucks were crap and I've noticed in my area at least I only see ok-ish Sterlings most of the time. I'd be looking into LTL which is what their hiring for in Richmond. I'm doing grocery right now, not sure if it's worth just sticking that out until I hit my year and have a slightly better resume.
