Any Info On Either Of These Two?

I've gone through the threads that exist and find only one line that is fairly questionable about one of these companies, so are there any drivers with knowledge, good or bad, first hand or second hand about these two firms I am about to contact?
The first is Watkins Shephard. They operate out of Montana but have a yard down here near Chattanooga in Dalton, GA. They boast a van fleet, good miles, good pay, solo positions, and terminals that appear to span the south, southwest, and west (meaning no east coast or chicago?).

The second is a Knoxville based outfit Pemberton. I'm familiar with their trucks, they are looking for dedicated drivers out of Tennesse for a Florida route as well as a 6 southern state regional position. Again, good pay, good benies, weekend home time, and take home tractor.

I'll be contacting both (along with Shaw Transportation) Monday but if we have any company drivers out there wanting to pitch in their experiences, I'd aprreciate hearing from you!bb.
