I worked for them this year for only a month. Had a problem with my back and wasn't able to stay on with them. Its a long story and not the fault of theirs. So far, I thought that it was the best trucking job that I have ever had with any large carrier in my 15 years of trucking. They pay for everything. The only thing that I found that I didn't get paid for was the first two hours of detention time that you might loose waiting for another driver to swap loads with.

There seemed to be quite a bit of work. I worked the extra board so I could never tell when I would be going into work. Usually, you drive at nights and pull doubles. The toughest part of the job is to be able to set up and disassemble the doubles. Found the people who work in operations at the terminal where I worked out of in Harrisburg, PA to be pretty nice and easy to work with. They told me to come back when I get my back fixed in the future. Hopefully, I can get my lawsuit with my former company settled and get back to them where you can make some serious money. I certainly recommend them and want to get back with them.

I did the local routine and was home everyday. Also, I substituted with several team drivers and drove teams. They have dedicated accounts and also dedicated team runs. Basically they run you from terminal to terminal within their brach which used to be Watkins. Forgot to mention that they pay you by the mileage which is never off by a mile or so as long as you stay within their route which is a must. When you have to sit for a repair, they put you on the hourly clock. You also get paid a half hour's pay for assembly or disassembly of doubles. Most of the tractors are single axles for the drives.
