Yeah I have thought about that quiet a lot but it's really hard considering I have to small kids that I wanna make sure are took care of which the winter doesn't bother me Do you have any good suggestions on companies??
Any info on good company for drivers with little experience???

Sounds justifiable. Unless you're way back in the hills Kentucky should be an easy place to work out of, but I'm not in tune with what's available there. @Chinatown is THE MAN when it comes to solid information here, give heed to what he says.

TransAm trucks are really nice with Apu, Flatscreen tv, and set up right for the driver.
Watkins-Shepard has a terminal in Berea and you will probably have a new or newer Volvo with automatic transmission. That Berea terminal pulls for a dedicated customer, but I don't know what they haul there; it's dry van. -
