Been there a year and had one overnight dispatcher kinda make a snide remark, but that's it. I love my dispatcher. What's wrong with running off a re-cap? That just means you're making more money because you're driving a lot. I've also only averaged about one repower a month...not sure what was happening with you. There is a lot of sitting and waiting for loads, but there's also a lot of balls to the wall driving. I had a 1600 mile load and a smidge over two days to get it there. 1200 mile runs in two days aren't terribly uncommon either. The only ones I hate are the overnight runs. Thank God they don't happen often, but they can be a real b!tch
