I was being half sarcastic before, but here's my $.02. I'd take the job just to get the experience. Schneider underbid the account to get it from Ruan. It's a mess right now, but hopefully they will get it under control. Get a years worth of tanking and there's a lot better places to go. Just know going into it, it's going to be a poop show.
