any ltl jobs that will hire newbies in connecticut

    hey guys im a newbie to the trucking game and really dont wanna go into over the road. alot say its the best way to start but im sure that there are local companys out there that are willing to train you and get you rolling is there anyone on this forum from connecticut or the eastcoast that is willing to help out WITH some companys that do that id really appriciate it.

    ltl in the northeast for a newbie these days suck. you'll be a dockworker more than anything.

    But there is new penn, yrc, conway, old dominion, nemf, r&l carriers to name a few

    I think I would do OTR, just because it seems to be a fairly easy way to get in to the life. Although, I have read here, newbies getting regional or ltl for their first jobs. So, it is possible. You just need to be diligent.

    yea its would be niceto get regional or ltl but ive been considering otr to iv read up on roehl transport AND seen alot of positive feedback on them including there home time.
