ANY O/O get out from under payments and by letting someone else take over payments??

Bank wont let you just take over a loan and change the name. If you just take over the payments the original owner will still be responsible and it will still be titled in there name the only way to do it is the bank will have to extend you a loan

 

Hey there, I think it's very possible, it all depends on credit history of the other buyer. If the person who will like to take over your payment has a good credit history, he can ask your bank if they can transfer your payments to him under his name. I don't see why it wouldn't be possible, maybe some small down payment ?? Just ask the bank what are your options, I'm sure that when you tell them the you cant afford payments anymore and that you will default on a loan, they should accept the transfer to another buyer, this way they wont loose their money.

You would have to apply for and be approved for a loan no chance a bank will just transfer it into someone else name

 

That's what I meant, need good credit to be approved.
