I was wrong. Apparently my wife got rid of it.

Old thread but I'm thinking of hauling a Jeep with my rig. Does anyone know who makes the ramp setups that the mobile home haulers use to put a flag car/truck up over the drive wheels of the tractor? I'm wondering if this kind of setup could be installed/removed at home. I have a 12k lift in my shop.

I can't seem to find any pics or info on what I'm looking for because I don't know what to call it. "piggy back hauler", etc. in Google is no help.

Toter trucks, thank you @Banker! I'll check Weber out as well. I could easily flat tow whatever I want but I've always thought it would be cool to load it up on the truck itself, mostly because it would be short enough to get to a lot of places you can't with any trailer and also to put some weight on the drives for a better ride.

Or I could just buy a used pup trailer, make some ramps and have an awesome mobile garage.

You may be able to buy an old toter cheaper than you could buy the parts and use what you need with left over parts.

It's probably too crazy an idea but what I would like is a toter frame I could take on/off so I still had my regular tractor for work. I would only do this maybe once or twice a year, but I love traveling in my truck. It's like a little motorhome for two.

If you look at the set ups that are available to tow a tractor with a bobtail and fabricate it like that. It is basically like dropping the trailer when you don’t need it and it sits on stilt looking devices in the yard when it is not in use. The guy that owns my parking spot has one to tow his rigs. His is similar to this. I bet you could fabricate a platform with the toter hauler ramps attached to it and drop it like a trailer.
