You can eat as healthy or unhealthy as you want on the road, one of those choices is distinctly easier. Same goes for exercise, you're now federally required to have a time clock in the truck, and that's what all an Elog is really, so you should have issue walking or jogging for an hour or 3 every day if you want.
As for the Rona fear, you spent a year hiding fromit he world, I'd bet your immune system is a little out of practice and we all know the average truckstop isn't surgery ready, the Rona may be least of your worries when it comes to friendly little diseases.

Don't fall off that ladder, you may break a hip. I'm kidding, mostly.

I'll quote Kevin Rutherford: "Live dirty, eat clean."

Live in a sterile bubble, your immune system falls out of practice. Gotta keep it up to snuff and in working order.

Eat clean, well that's just self-explainatory.

Are you referring to Tide Pods? I thought we weren’t supposed to eat those. I’m so confused.

I’m amused at the whole diet industry. Always selling some kind of food to lose weight. Not going to lose weight by eating more food. What’s eaten needs to be burned off by excercise. Just moving around daily makes all the difference. Eat whatever you want, just less of it. I’m guilty of overeating. 40 lbs overweight. I like food. Moderation is key. Easier said than done. I feel much better, though, when I weigh less. 20 lbs makes a Big difference. Losing one lb every few days, can quickly add up, same way it was gained. No magic Bullet.

Diets are temporary. Its a lifestyle change the yields permanent results.

One state will not tolerate it. The BBC thought it would be funny. Little did they realize. Surprised they actually aired it. Gets serious at the end
