any one have RTS card for Pilot and Flying J fuel?

You set up the day they take out the money from fuel. Mine is set up for Friday, so anything I fuel up before the end of day on Wednesday is going to come of on Friday morning payment. Not sure how they lied to you since this is standard kind of practice for most fuel cards. You may want to understand how it works before trying to blame someone else for your incompetence in not understanding how it works.
