You mean that no mega-carrier will except you! Try the smaller companies. Going to be tough finding an owner operator to hire you because their insurance will be too much. Not that it is impossible.

i recently had my dl's suspended for not paying a ticket any ideas who would hir me willing to relocate if need so.

I thought an expunged record meant you never had to reveal it. (But I could be wrong or times could just be changing).
Anyway you're on the right track, keep looking and hit it hard- you'll win sooner or later. -
LOL! That's what I thought when I paid that lawyer to much money! he said you can legally say no on a application but it is still public record. So If I say no i would be a lair and wouldn't get the job anyway. I say no and they send me to orientation only to throw me out.

Black's Law Dictionary defines "expungement of record" as the "Process by which record of criminal conviction is destroyed or sealed from the state or Federal repository."[1] While expungement deals with an underlying criminal record, it is a civil action in which the subject is the petitioner or plaintiff asking a court to declare that the records be expunged.
A very real distinction exists between an expungement and a pardon. When an expungement is granted, the person whose record is expunged may, for most purposes, treat the event as if it never occurred.
Each jurisdiction whose law allows expungement has its own definitions of expungement proceedings. Generally, expungement is the process to "remove from general review" the records pertaining to a case. In many jurisdictions, however, the records may not completely "disappear" and may still be available to law enforcement, to sentencing judges on subsequent offenses, and to corrections facilities to which the individual may be sentenced on subsequent convictions.

dave26027 Thanks this. -
I wouldn't say anything to ANYBODY about something that was expunged- you might have compromised your privileges already by notifying potential employers of it. It's on some one's paperwork as a reason for not hiring you. It doesn't happen often, it should be treated like a once in a life golden opportunity and a great gift from your state or country. It's the one time you're allowed to tell everyone it never happened, you've been forgiven by the system. So forget that the event that was expunged ever happened or you'll keep it alive to affect the rest of your life.
