any pepsi route drivers in SC

i work for pepsi in PA and we are trying to move down to SC and just wanted to know some more info on the pay, local HR is not really telling me much. Anyway, my questions are 1) is the plant in charelston, sc union and is it pre sell(does the driver have to sell i just want to deliver im tired of selling) 2) whats the pay, per cs amount and base pay avg cs/day 3) how are routes decided, are there set routes or is it a biding process every morning. the internal posting says its $11.50/hr but doesnt say anything about per/cs. if thats the case than i better off working at the bank with my wife for $13/hr and not kill myself.
