does roehl do any canada runs and if so which division does more canada runs? roehl is on my short list and just trying to get as much info as possible
I was on the Cans fleet and did Canada runs regularly. Not far....50 miles max but it paid an extra $50 bucks each load. i think National Van runs into Canada also.
Of the LP programs out there Roehl has a good one. Good support and training. What I found was that the comp at the time was only slightly more than what I was doing as a company driver. They have recently improved the comp package and program. Might be worth giving them a call.
I never ran a reefer load there, but then again I luckily only ran about a week of reefer loads. Dispatch once sent me on a reefer load to get me home. When I came back out of the house someone left me on the reefer board and there I was. Week later I finally asked what they were trying to do to me. This was also while I was between tour guides, so that explained it... lol
Hey everyone - I'm going to be starting with Roehl on October 10th for the Get your CDL program. Just curious if during that phase one if you strictly are in a classrood, or do you start training on a truck quickly? I'm also curious what other drivers are averaging weekly mileage wise. I'm going into the national van fleet - and I know once you get your CDL, Roehl tests you a bit to see how hard you'll run. But overall - average miles in the national van fleet? Thanks
