not really...they try to get you home by the 14th day and you should be home a full 7...but things can and do happen from time to time...but they are pretty good about getting the hometime fleet home...

Yeah, in general, the worst-case scenario is being out 15, because that last load that you're supposed to take to Ellenwood delays you just enough that you can't make it on the right day. but, you generally see that coming a day in advance. And, they always want you to start on the same day, so situations like that become 15/6.

Do they allow those little camp toilets in the trucks?

don't see why not. i almost got a shower last month at a flying j from a woman dumping a plastic wastebasket half full of urine out her door while i was pretripping my truck.

can't imagine why a camp toilet wouldn't be an improvement over that.

I really hate trucker bombs. Walk the 30 seconds to a trash and throw them away. And empty your bottles in the grass or in the bathroom of the rest stop or truck stop! Not in the parking lot!

A few months back I saw a tanker driver pull over into a rest area and then proceed to urinate by his drives. HE WAS IN A REST AREA, 50 feet from a urinal! :biggrin_25513:

That's just pathetic and down right lazy!!!!! No wonder some of the general public views some drivers as low-lifes and second rate people. Talk about a few ruining it for the rest of us. I ride a motorcycle and hate it when someone starts showboating or just revs up their bike with really loud pipes in front of all the cages to see. :biggrin_25516:Gives us all a bad rep.
