eh i dont know what a book would have you couldnt get here or just figure out. spokane terminal doesnt have much. theres stuff close by though, you can fit a truck in that mall over there and hit the food court and look at girls or whatever.

Thank you for the advice! Ive been straight forward with them and everything is looking good for me thus far. I received a call from David I believe his name was with safety and answered some questions for him. He said everything looked good on his end and he was looking forward to me going to orientation. :) I should know this next week about the rest of my paperwork and get my invite to orientation. Yeah!!

I'm more than happy to chat or message with you about things. I will also keep everyone posted on how things are going with the recruitment and will start a thread when I begin my orientation and post how it's going. :)

Spokane Terminal has nothing for the drivers except a bathroom and even that we have no access to afterhours! When I've had to spend the night there it's been either at the drop yard (no room to really park at the terminal itself even backed into a dock) or at the truck stop about 6 miles away.

Looks like you're out of Oregon, so your home terminal would be Vancouver.

Are clutches real easy to push down on in these rigs?

compared to a car no, but in comparison to older truck yes lol. I've driven some old cabovers that took everything I had to push the clutch down. My dads old 2007 International was very hard as well. Same with every FLD i've ever driven. But these newer FL's at least arnt to bad, not sure on these newer Volvos, but i know the old volvos were just like cars very easy to push down.
