Thanks for your help AT. Could you also tell me about the exercise that says you have to sit back with your right hand on the ground? Are you allowed to actually sit or do you have to hold your rear off the ground?
-
this is the best way to explain it:
sit on your bed lean back and put your right hand flat on the bed behind you, and stay in that position.......
its that simple, if your really fat that may be hard to do, for me it was nothing....

Thanks again for your help AT & I'm sorry to keep bothering you, but I'm still not totally clear on this. I must just be thick headed! It sounds like you're allowed to have 4 points of contact with the ground--2 feet, 1 hand & your rear end (actually sitting). Is that correct? The reason I'm concerned about this is that if you're only allowed 3 points of contact with the ground & have to hold your rear end up, I'm going to have to do some physical training before I make application to W/S. I don't want to flunk out before I even get started!!

your actully sitting down, all you are holding up is your upper body, both feet are on the ground and your sitting on the table thing, and your right hand is also touching the table.

you should be ok, they dont say how far back to put your hand they just say "as far back as you can reach" so dont reach to far back, that way you keep more weight on your butt, and less on your arm.

A few quick questions if u guys got a min or 2, I know my answer will more than likely be 'call recruiting', but trying to get a short list of companies. I live in VA, closet 'city' is Richmond, Im about 140 miles from Charlotte, About 20 miles from 95.
Is this a likely hiring area?
If so, would I be blessed with the dreaded northeast?
I dont want any part of NJ, NY etc...
Also I was with Cr England(ugh) went throu their 4 week school, got into my trainers truck, long story short...he smelled, was a ding-dong, and after 2 weeks of him sleeping, while i drove 10.5 everyday. I left, nothing on my DAC, I talked to the right ppl via QC before hand.
What is typical hiring process of somebody in my position?
i know that might be a tough one, not really looking for answers, as much as advice i guess...
Was a tow-truck driver with the same company, so have over 5 years previous work history. Im also a youngen....23 years old...Yall thnk that may hurt me or help me?...
And all you W/S drivers seem to not have many complaints...
Any words of wisdom would be appreciated greatly! -
I was wondering about health insurance plans with W/S also. Do they offer one/is it any good?
