Hope you carry the mandatory emergency hazmat disposal kit:

    One 5 gallon bucket
Two pieces of 2x4 about twelve inches long
Heavy duty trash bags (10 ply!)
    Lots of TP

Does W/S have an idling policy? If so, what is it?

no sir they do not. But your Fuel Bonus is based on your MPG's and idleing will lower your MPGs. But you can idle 24/7 and no one will ever say a thing to you.
