How is driving in the 3rd lane unsafe ???? All he did was pass 2 4 wheelers doing under the speed limit.

Unsafe Driving is the title of the CSA 2010 BASIC that all traffic violations are listed.

 

The only way anything enters the CSA system is thru the CVSA inspection form. For those traffic infractions to make it into the system, the traffic stop would have to included an inspection of any level with those items noted on the form.

i know this is two years old but i just had this same thing happen to me on the 25th. thinking abot calling a laywer as well. what did you find out about the csa rule on this? the fine is more like $584.00

 

In what county? I got a third lane ticket in Orange County once but the fine was only $150 if I remember right.
