Yep, Justin steel toe low heel Roper style slip on. Add a Dr. Scholls gel insole. Will last several years

This made be laugh pretty hard.

I wear a Justin pull on work boot. Still water proof and going on four years now. They still look good after some mink oil. My only problem with boots is taking them on and off to hop in the sleeper. I try to keep the floor clean, but a slip on, low ankle shoe is ideal for perfect weather. Pull the boots out for bad weather and when bad lot ie gravel or mud.

Military boots are great. Personally I love the converse boots. Reebok is the one that makes them now. Same boot, different name. Their light weight, composit toe, water proof, pretty much a sneaker on steroids.

2nd this this one...Sorel make a great boot...if you want something a little less pricey , but still good , sturdy , long-lasting footwear , try almost any boot from the Georgia Boot company line...great product that won't give you "sticker shock"

You can find them in any military surplus store cheaper. I've worn them everyday for 6 years and have never had a problem with my feet getting cold or to warm. Except when I was stationed in Germany, you pretty much needed arctic boots to stay warm a few times.

Edit: Not sure if the site says it but they are oil/slip resistant. And they have a zipper down the side. Never have had a zipper break.

    "Hang - Man" Thanks this.
