any suggeston for tv antenna

    Does anyone have any suggestions for a tv antenna for my RV? I have seen some units that claim to pick up stations including satelite i.e. directv even while driving. Has anyone used any like this?

    Try the VuQube and I hear that a new product called CruiseCast is coming out.

    The VuQube requires that you have a DirecTV box , where CruiseCast has its own box and I think is approx $28/month for programming.

    I think I saw the VuQube on the site that is advertising the new Garmin gps here.

    Hi,

    Not sure if this will help, but I have heard of people making HDTV antenna's for HDTV's and picking up HD channels for free.

    HDTV Antennas are a scam in most cases. You can use the same old rabbit ears from the 60's if you want. The picture will be the same.

    With Digital television you either receive the picture and sound or you don't. There is no middle ground.

    What one said is right on, that's the beauty of digital. I'm using the truck antenna for my usb hdtv tuner. It works fairly well but not great. The antenna is really similar if not identical to a CB antennal.
