    Ive Been in this industry about 2 years now and im thinking going O/O as a team. Is team driving in demand? hows the freight paying for team O/o?

    My father who is an O/O and I run as a team coast to coast. We are currently leased to a large company and don't usually run into problems when it comes time to haul. We run about 3-4 times a month usually 3 though. I know maybe 2 or 3 other teams as well doing this from the same company. The pay is good especially if you own your own trailer(this company takes $400 a month if using their trailer). I was told it would be hard to find team freight that pays well on load boards though. I haven't used a load board so I can't verify it.
