Any Truck parking near Lynchburg, Va?

Little truck stop off highway 130. on 501 in Big Island near georgia pacific. its about 25 miles from lynchburgh but worth a shot. I've seen the same trucks parked there for days.Only 10 miles from Madison Heights.

 

Sometimes towns you have to get creative. Look at Wards Rd. that circles Lynchburg. I see a bunch of possibilities with truck lots. There are many small businesses that will let you park if you just ask.

Look at Powell's truck shop. It has a huge drop lot beside it. Further down the road are a few small trucking companies with drop lots. I bet I could drive down there and find a safe spot in a few minutes.

 

Going up there to park a truck?? LMAO no way... he's better off going down to Altavista at the Wal-Mart parking his rig, 501 is a death trap and not to mention isn't 130 restricted to trucks over 65 feet??

 

When I went to see a friend in Lynchburg I parked at the mall for a day but that was 2 years ago.

Goldy's truck plaza is about 4 miles south of Lynchburg on 29. Decent size lot I've parked there overnight before not sure about parking there a few days. Gps shows phone as 434-821-1513 you coyld call them and see.

 

130 is NOT restricted in Madison Heights, part of 501 is.

 

U can park at kmart on wards rd. Park it on the side where the lawn and gardening is. I do it all the time and I c other trucks parked there for the weekend

 

TMC has a drop yard about 2 miles east of the rock ten plant in Lynchburg I use to drive for them spent many 10 hr breaks there overnight saw a few trucks from other companies parked there
