Thanks, I have the top Verizon unlimited plan. For the most part I have great service. It is definitely better than sprint, as I had them for years. I don't have a smart TV in my truck, guess I am going to have to get one. I have a galaxy note 9, not sure if I can hook my phone up to my tv.

Can’t get unlimited hotspots on att anymore. I would just get a phone and a tablet unlimited plan from att; use the tablet to tv out. Save your hotspot usage for your computer just be mindful of large downloads and only watch video via the iPad directly or it’s tv out. That’s 15 or 30gb hotspot per device depending on the plan.
I got by on a 20gb plan for years when I was supplementing a slow home dsl with a connected iPad. An alternative is to get one of their whpi devices that can support external antennas but it’s 50gb for $60.
With a 2 sim phone; can get a backup number and hotspotting capability on another cellular service. I’ve been happy with my att service and have had at least acceptable coverage the majority of the time. After a recent phone upgrade, I’ve been considering adding Verizon as the 2nd sim to use as a backup; for cases of a dead zone or congestion. -
For what AT&T costs for unlimited and the extra for hot spotting I would still go back to Verizon.
Another $40 a month over AT&T but I always had coverage in BFNW dairies compared to AT&T t.
A $1 a day more to have coverage in Nowhereville is Priceless. I love my news and sitcoms. -
Everywhere but my house Verizon has better coverage LOL. Have the same ATT you do. I do have a 5g enabled LG G8X and have gotten 5G in North Bergen.....stupid fast. Probably be a while before i see 5g where i live in the stickstommymonza Thanks this.

I think coverage has significantly improved except in SW Florida. I think to many people not enough towers is the problem.Brettj3876 Thanks this.

Millennicom has a 5G plan, unlimited, for $70. Might be limited promo, not sure. I use it and I'm usually quite happy with it. 5G coverage is surprisingly ubiquitous. The MIMO modem ain't free, but worth it, IMHO. I use it for mmorpg's, and again, am usually ok.

Cricket has really poor coverage nationwide. I couldn't even make a phone call through most of Wyoming, never mind 4 or even 3g internet.
I just switched to Verizon this past week. Its expensive, but the coverage is worth it. -
2 phones.
att and Verizon. Both unlimited plans.
havent used a gaming rig on it but I’m itching to try soon as I have my inverter installed this month.86scotty Thanks this. -
Yeah, it just depends on where you are and run. My house had los on an att tower but my aunts Verizon cell service was always bad. I thought their price points were comparable but it’s been awhile since I checked.
I don’t think Verizon ever rolled out any unlimited hotspot plans where as att has made that mistake three times already. -
Pdanet+ can hide your tether.
