looking into a company called:

I & S Transport, Inc

Knoxville, TN

company has 120 o/o, no company trucks, no drop & hook (all o/o have own trailers), run under their authority or your own...

they seem like nice people on the phone, just curious if anyone knows anything about them...

well, I guess no one has any info on these guys... I guess I will let you guys know soon how they are... I will be pulling my first load for them on Monday.

on a side note: the lady at the TN Motor Carrier Dept that was helping me get my plates, said that it must be a good company because she doesn't see any turnover on plates purchased through the company... that's a good sign.

after signing my lease and reading all the fine print, basically I'll make 85% to the truck for running their authority and my base plate. I can get 90+% if I have my own authority.

we'll see how it goes...
