I would rather have an over zealous tester than a lax one. We had a driver take his test at DMV and he hit 3 curbs during the test drive and still passed. The examiner said, well it's a long trailer. Well DUH!

Yeah at the DMV that's one thing, but when you quit your job, leave your family friends for months, the test better be extremely objective.
IF you study and work hard and you will succeed at it.

Not just based on an testers whim that a car was too close or too far.

Sour grapes... You have a car 100ft away when you pulled out in front of them and you were turning almost 70 feet of vehicle. That leaves about 30 feet to get up to speed. Yeah, you deserved that one.

as to who I am? You can look up on the wall around the terminal. I'm on about 4 different plaques for driver awards.

Looks like the OP didn't last long here. And I'd imagine, based on his attitude, he probably won't last long in TNT either

I was gonna say, I never even heard of hv, and if all these guys are getting them, what is going on with the psd trainers lol. Sounds like piss poor driving skills. Its a simple concept that is somewhat difficult to do at first. Exercise caution in all your maneuvers and do so without impeading those around you. But if you cant grasp that concept, go do something else.

My current trainee also failed his road test the first time for turn in front of a car the tester thought was to close. I am not sure who is PSD instructor was but just from what I have been told the guy doesn't need to be instructing.

I talked to two of my former trainees this week. Both had students trifecta'd in the last 2 weeks. Obviously, their student's did have any problems, but neither of them have heard anything abnormal about the road course scoring.

My last guy hv'd and auto failed. He forgot to splitter down and stalled the truck. And then two more times at same intersection. Examiner said if traffic hadn't piled up he would have scored it as shifting issue not hv. But5 cars missed two light cycles so hv. Next day went fine. Get this my guy does straight line. Goes all the way through then pulls back to start point and blows horn. That's out of position 10 points. Does offset no points does sight side parallel no point and in the hole 1:14.
