Hello my trucking friends I have a question. I had an aneurysm back in September 2021 in Md. I live here in Md and they downgraded me to a regular license.I have asked driver wellness and safety where is the rules so I can read them for myself. They haven't shown me nothing other than come see us Sept 2022. FMCSA rules say 6months after your aneurysm you can drive if cleared by your neurologist. I was cleared by her as well as a new dot physical .I did eye test hearing etc. I am wondering should I escalate this to the governor or the state senator where MVA resides? I am physically cleared to drive. Thanks
anybody ever heard of cdl being suspended over aneurysm?

This looks more like a legal issue. I can't give any advice other than seeing an attorney.
