    I need help I have a 2012 dd15 cascadia. I'm throwing a cylinder 1 injector code intermittently. I changed the injectors, injector harness and engine harness. I had a oil leak but fixed that also. I spray cleaner on the ecm and the ecm harness and that seems to clear the issue. Sometimes I'll turn the truck off and wiggle the ecu harness and the fault goes away. Has anyone had this issue before?

    No, but I do know a dealer in Iowa where you can get about 30 Cascadias for half price. *Note some may come with water damage...

    @mhyn

    I finally got to the bottom of this. The DD15 jakes have rockers that ride on the same shaft as the exhaust rockers and have pins that are suppose to pop out and push against the exhaust rockers when the jakes are activated. Four out of the six pins were frozen. It's a problem that's impossible to spot when the engine is running. The best way to diagnose it is to pull the solenoids out and use air pressure on the oil passages to see if the pins pop out like they're suppose to. I bought six new rockers and the jakes work like a champ now.

    I have to wonder now how many Cascadias are rolling down the road with one or two pins stuck and the owner wondering why the jakes aren't what they used to be.
