Anybody Know anything about WEL transportation (refer)?

Dare I ask who your trainer was? Curious.

Well jeff is like any other trainer. He is responsible for your life as well a his and the truck trailer and freight. So if you do your job right you have no problems. He trained me and now I am a trainer so I know what trainers deal with. But wel is a really god company and the people are friendly. That guy is just looking to pass the blame for his failure on to someone else. Suck it up and take responsibility yourself.

 

A trainers attitude is reflected by the person he is training. When a person won't do his job or is incapable of doing it, it is up to the trainer to complete the tasks no matter what. You were offered to be taken to the emergency room for your Gout problem, but insisted on the VA Hosp., that was not an option with a big truck. You have been so kind to list all of the bad things about me but never once said any of the nice things like, how I feed you because you spent your money on other things, how I picked up after you, etc. I also never took money that wasn't mine! Yes, I told you what to do and how to do it, that is my JOB!!!!! Truck 1909
