Anybody know where the CB shop is always on skip at "Exit 140A next to the Pilot" ?

I've talked to him he's in Texas off of th I40, I was at the loves. When he told me he was in a mobile, I passed on his work, I really doubt he has the high tech equipment necessary to properly test a radio
