Anymore reviews of an Orca cooler ?

    The inside works freeze up, I'd have to unplug it and let it thaw at least twice a week, it started getting hot one night, could smell it. I unplugged it cause it was froze up again. Plugged it back in few hours later, and it won't even get cold. I assumed the burning smell was a burned up fan

    Yeah I'd pull that cover off, see if the fan spins, if not it's easy enough to replace. My fan was going funky but they put me in a truck with a fridge right as I was getting ready to fix it. I keep meaning to fix it anyway, but it's easy to get to it and easy to replace.

    Hopefully the thermo plate thing didn't go out because I wouldn't know where to get a replacement. The fan can be replaced at any best buy or electronics supply store for a few bucks.

    I'll look into it when I get him tomorrow, be nice to have it for fishing or weekend out with the family. I probably won't need it though. I'll be starting with a new company soon that allows for the passenger seat to be removed then a large inverter and fridge to be installed.
