Quite a few times with only 2-3min stops to pee...

Almost managed it today. But I had to make an emergency Red Bull stop about 6 hours in. Sleeping at an aluminum smelting plant is..... noisy.

Not necessarily proud of it...but in the mid 90's when I was hauling produce I'd drive from Gary, Indiana Flying J to Billings, MT without stopping...somewhere around 1250 miles non-stop.

Really????????? I know in the proposed new HOS there is something along those lines but I'm not aware of any reg. requiring that now.jlkklj777 Thanks this.

At orientation I was told it's only in cali plus it doesn't look like this law is enforced^^^

Every so often I'll do 11 straight, but normally I make a couple of 3 min. pee stops.
As for everyone ######## about DVT, that's why you keep your legs moving while driving. Every few minutes I move my legs, change position of my legs, if I'm on a long straight I'll turn sideways in the seat and stretch my legs out for a few, or elevate my seat all the way and do the same thing. -
I make a habit of flexing my ankles and move my legs around also. While this has some benefit it doesn't guard against blood clots the same way weight bearing exercise such as walking would.
Bottom line: 11 hours of non-stop driving should be done only when absolutely necessary. To make it a common habit is asking for some potentially serious health concerns. -
No such FMCSA regulation.
Yes, the regulation changes proposed in December 2010 include a limit on consecutive hours of driving.

That's why I just set the cruise and then do some squats and lunges.
