When I was regional and I parked my ford ranger at the terminal I kept a solar battery maintainer on the dash. It plugged into the cigarette lighter.

Batteries will discharge reliably. But tires don't go flat for no reason. Keep a can of fix-a-flat in the car as well as a 12v compressor, in case you can not get your rig close enough to use the air hose from it.
