Anyone else get a class action form about DAC/HireRight lawsuit?

I got one yesterday for $18.79. righteous bucks

 

i got 2.each for $11.78.

 

I got the same postcard check in the mail yesterday for $65.18. Taking it to our bank shortly to let them check it out.

 

Lol, I have no clue how they got my address but from my last employer.

Got me a big whopping check today for $18.96.

That's more than I had this morning.

And guess what??

I got my dispute back from HireRight at the same time. I WON!

The yahoo's at WestSide Transport changed my 2007 termination to quit, Satisfactory.

They had No Show on it!!

That's better than the $18 check.

If only I caught all this last year and filed, I would of got alot more money. Some drivers got $4000 with a claim. I applied to WEL back in 2007 and they didn't hire me. Now I know why, that DAC. They did call me a year later and offered me a job, but I already had one. I could of had $4000 today, $#@&*
