Anyone else get a class action form about DAC/HireRight lawsuit?

Back in Sept. I filed for this action and did not think It would end up being anything. sorry for all the post, this board is a bit different.

 

I just received a 4100.00 dollar check in the mail today which is the 5% that was promised if they won. So finally some redemption on how they ruin lives

 

I just received a check from the settlement today for 4100.00, USIS, Dac made a false statements about my work history as well as many of other things. I just glad they are finally getting what they deserve. I was blackballed from trucking for a year now..

 

I just got one that is 4100.00

 

I got a $4000+ check in the mail today too.... I am very happy I chose to file and send in as much info as I could to prove my case....was like being blown out of my shoes when I opened that envelope, I thought it was a collection bill...haha

 

That's what I figured and if you read their website it explains the different levels.

All the ones that got big money had trashed DAC's.

I never did get one, but it did make me order my DAC and I did find one false lie on there. I disputed it and won.

I called them lawyers and asked why I didn't get any money. I got a "I don't know"? He looked on his computer and couldn't find me.

But he did tell me they made a list by who had their DAC's pulled from like 2005 on. I told him I knew of twice I got my DAC pulled in that time frame. Still got the ???.

To beat it all I did get a check in the mail for another driver that lived in my house before me, lol. Teaser check.

I got my check this last saturday it was $4124.26 nice for me after hireright cost me a job or two with false info the jerks, to bad they cant be closed down

yep" $4,124.26...Nice!whodathunk it! got those parasite's where it hurt's! For all" the Hell" they have caused Driver's...I hope" it put's' em out of our live's! Never thought I'd say this; Thank you" to the Lawyer's, & the Fellow Driver who pushed back!
