    Then what was the point?

    Sounds to me like a bunch of drivers got dupped.

    Since they took the money in class action. They probably signed documents stating they would pursue no further action.

    It doesn't. The amounts varied from $16 to $4000+. The ones that had DAC pulled like in a 5 year period got the smaller amounts while the ones that were rejected employment got the bigger amounts.

    Go to this link and request your free copy. It takes about 3 weeks to get it in the mail.

    Then when you are ready to dispute, go back to the same link and hit the Dispute button. Tell them your side and most likely in 3-4 more weeks it will be taken off.
