Anyone else get a class action form about DAC/HireRight lawsuit?

I heard all the $4000 checks are written on a Nigerian bank. No problems with them!

 

Lol yall funny i cashed my 4g check and it did'nt bounce

 

But the jobs did!

 

and i still found company after a little while that did'nt care about that lol

 

so what i got 62.00 as part of that dac law suite how does that clean up my dac report

 

Well did they remove the info? Or not?

Sounds to me like a bunch of drivers got dupped.

Since they took the money in class action. They probably signed documents stating they would pursue no further action.

 

It doesn't. The amounts varied from $16 to $4000+. The ones that had DAC pulled like in a 5 year period got the smaller amounts while the ones that were rejected employment got the bigger amounts.

Then when you are ready to dispute, go back to the same link and hit the Dispute button. Tell them your side and most likely in 3-4 more weeks it will be taken off.
