Was Goose called as witness in the Maverick case? I'm sure Iceman would have testified against him, but I think that if they could get a statement from Goose it would go a long way to establishing character.

I didn't read the cases either. But I saw part of a movie.....

I recieved one as well this morning just a few minutes ago. Between $10-55. Don't really have the time to read though the whole post and I'm not seeing anything on the paper but does anyone have any info on what/whom started this? Kudo's to who ever did though. USIS, DAC, HireRight needs their ###' handed to them for the BS they have caused a lot of drivers and their families for reporting false info from the reporting demons within these companies. Now they need to trace the people within those companies who actually submitted info to DAC and have them go down with the ship as well.

I got one too! It says if HRS issued your consumer report on or after 12-17-2007 A gross amount of $15.00 with an expected net payment of $10.00.

On or afte 12-17-2007but before 6-25-2008 a gross amount of $82.50, with a net paymnet of $55.27.

On or after 6-25-08 but before 10-15-10 a gross amount $24.00, with an net payment of $16.00

Because the amount of each check to be issued is subject to prop rate deduction from the settlement fund for attorneys' fees and costs approved by the court,, the expected paymnet is the net amount staed above.

You do not need to do anything to receive benefits of the settlemnt. If the settlement is finally approved, you will automatically receive a payment, unless you have excluded yourself from the settlement class.

Should we stay in or file our own claim? If we stay in this we are bound by this courts order and can not take part in any other suit filed against hire right in the future. What to do, what to do????

This is some funny sheet...I just read about how HireRight can send you a copy of your DAC and other reports for free...LOL I was like; "thanks for sending me that link". Nice.. that must be why I found out today that I had an incident on my DAC that I knew nothing about..

Sure, I of course have not seen the case files but from my sources it look's like right about the time my administrative requests to USIS that was pending or that's what I thought, that's was when HireRight inc. was started and according to my sources a paper shredding job of massive proportions was happening and that is why HireRight has to settle to avoid a trial. So apparently the defendants submitted a list of everybody's names they did backgrounds reports on and that is the basis for "the class". At that time I must have applied formally to at least 1000 trucking jobs and I think I got 4 USIS reports from different trucking Co's. I am compiling all documents to a bundle image file and if it's to big to email I will send a DVD.

    email to attorney in Richmond.
