Anyone else have issues with a Landstar broker?

COMPLETE SNAKE, LYING, CHEATING , WITCH !!

Do not every deal with this agency ...they will lie about everything the whole way through and then try to cheat you put of being paid.

You've been warned..

 

Sucks, man. I've actually gotten to the point that I won't use Landstar for my important loads. At least from our perspective, their double brokering is just getting worse. How'd they try to hose you?

 

Way over contract weight and over gross.
6,000+ # over
Returned to cut load to contract # , they refused then refused the TONU initially.

Burnt a whole day and threw the following loads that were scheduled.

Alejandra then made up multiple lies when LS customer service got involved however I presented her our communication records.

LS eventually paid no thanks to Alejandra the lying cheating witch of the southwest LOL !

 

Oof. Gotta love that. Glad you got them to cough up the dough, though.

 

I was worried one time when I completed a load and sent in the rate con, POD, and invoice, but Landstar said the broker didn't enter it into the system so I wouldn't get paid. The broker ended up forgetting to do it and apologized, but what if they never had any intentions of entering it? It seems like a backwards system of doing things.

The only other issue I've had with Landstar was a lady with a really bad accent, but that can happen anywhere. It's kind of a big deal if you can't determine if they're saying 2600 or 3600.
