Especially last Summer in Alabama I had seen Coyotos all over the place in one night. The past three years I am seeing them all over the place. I guess soon the media will announce how they are way more than ever. Are you noticing way more than usual too? I saw one at a Walmart DC the size of a German Shepherd.

Some nut case will want to kill them. They're even roaming around New York City. A coyote bred with a dog in Tennessee close to where I was living. The woman that owned the dog wouldn't believe it until the vet proved it to her.
    The pups are Coydogs.
"The Coydog is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the domestic dog and the coyote."

A few years ago there were so many coyotes here in the Buckeye eating peoples pet dogs and cats that the state was paying $5 a hyde. I think there was a limit of 5 or 10, but don't remember exactly.

When I was living in Tennessee there was packs (bands) of them roaming around and they had let some stray dogs or maybe coydogs join the pack (band).

We had a problem with the coyote/timberwolf hybrids in my area. Emphasis on HAD.

yes......I've been running a lot of skinny road in Tejas lately, I commented to my buddy on the phone "dead coyotes all over down here along side the road"..
Some of them were pretty darn big in the 100lbs range would be my guess.
Maybe 100lbs is normal for Texas, but up here (upstate NY) thats huge for a 'yote..

Yeah a lot of them here. It’s also open season to kill them.
