If it's working for ya more power to ya. I just won't go that way. Had a # of fellow bull haulers who have been busted going that way.

Also think about bypasses. TN finally got off it's myoptic ### and started inspections. That's a shame. KY or deep south is just as good. -
For years my grandfather used to haul his own wheat straw down to Atlanta, GA and sell it to landscaping businesses. In the early to mid 80's at the southbound Ringgold coops a female inspector would stop him on the scales EVERY time and bring the measuring stick out to check and see if he was over height. One time he asked her "why do you stop me and check that every time I come through here?" and she said "cause you just got that guilty look about you" lol.Last edited: Sep 28, 2016
