Mine's heavy because it has a variable track gauge. I would guess a 349 is about the same - I'll bet @Jubal Early Times knows.
Anyone ever haul a 336E Cat….

You think the 336 is heavy? Load a 349. Big difference. If they pull the counter weight and bucket it’s about 79,000. They are 120ish dressed.

It may be a little heavier than 79,000 it may have been closer to 85,000. It’s been a while since I have hauled one. Might be 79 without the stick and 85 with the stick.

With the tattletale gauge for the bags on my drives, I know the 53,000 I had on my drives was 95.1 on the gauge. With the boom backwards I was about 90 lbs on the gauge, with 20 lbs air in the pusher my gauge dropped to 84. It was 82.2 lbs when I scaled with the boom forward… -

One has the small bucket and one has no bucket and neither have an extra 2 tons of mud.

	and?….
actually one was a 345 that bucket wouldn’t curl all the way - so it was 15 6 tall on the trailerIH9300SBA, cke, OLDSKOOLERnWV and 1 other person Thank this. -
