Anyone ever heard of a L/P “rental”????

    Unless your name is on the title you’re basically renting a truck while assuming all the costs associated with it, paying for someone else’s asset that you have no control over.

    Ya ive heard that term before. I believe and could be wrong. But i believe it just what thier lawyers drew up the contract to read as. Because a purchase cant be called or taking back unless you default.
    A lease purchase cant be taking back unless specific reasons are drawn out in contract.
    A rental can be taken back at any time for any reason.

    Sounds like my setup. I get a new truck every 4 years.
