I guess the only way would be to not eat as much every day, and try and find time to jog during your 10. I’m trying to lose weight I’m at 232 and I’m 6’1 and 24 yrs old

I have. I managed to drop over 40 lbs while working OTR. Here are some of the things I did to accomplish this, they might help you:

    Eat smaller amounts more frequently
Eat healthier snacks ( I was eating, nuts, cheese, trail mix, Sargento balanced breaks were a good option)
Stop drinking carbonated beverages, drink tea, juice, water, instead
Park as far away from the truck stop or rest area building or shipping/ receiving offices as possible so you'd have to walk farther
Don't skip meals, just eat smaller ones
When at Wendy's get a salad instead of a burger
You really only need to set aside 20 minutes out of your day to walk or jog to get some excersise, I did 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes during my 30 minutes break and 10 minutes at the end of the day.
    Avoid eating too much bread

Just by doing these things, I've lost over 40 lbs so far and still losing. A fit bit or similar device can also be a help to track & monitor your excersie.

Hope this helps you and good luck!

I have lost weight on the road. I drank a lot of water, and felt like I was going to starve almost all of the time. It takes a lot of will power. The quickest way to lose weight, is to cut calories. You have to be aware of everything you eat.

If you don't have a fridge, get one. Shop at a real grocery store. Get real food. Avoid soda, fruit in cans, etc., and just about all starches.
Veggies like corn, potatoes, carrots, too, I think, turn right to glucose (sugar) as soon as they hit the enzymes in your saliva. Your body doesn't distinguish it from a candy bar! Lower sodium intake, too.
Lotsa water, 30 minutes a day doing anything physical AND exactly what was said above... park as far away from anywhere that you need to walk to. Also, the body confuses your mind with thirst and hunger issues. It's a thin line, most of the time we eat something when really we're just thirsty. A good beverage is low sodium V8, seriously. Slam an ice cold one before you find yourself around food and you'll be surprised at how it helps; same as for ice water before you eat.
    Good luck!

    Yep

3 months in and I am down 15 pounds. I'm not even trying. Just not that hungry out on the road so no real big meals like I ate at home.

Plus I eat an Avacado a day. I am convinced this is part of the reason for the weight loss even though they are super high in fat.

I don't eat crap ,sweets or drink soda. Gallon of water a day. Peanuts for snacks, celery with peanut butter.

Huge Salad at night some times.

Most important thing you can do for weight loss is eliminate or highly regulate your bread and potatoe intake. 2 worst foods out there for weight gain.

Cut out sodas completely. Don't be that stereotype who has the 104 oz Gulp Drink from Pilot Flying J. Waddling your fat ### from the fuel island to the front door, dying of a heart attack whilst waiting in line.

Google NSNG. Or ketogenic diet. Dr Berg on YouTube.Basically eat meat, veggies, seeds, olives, nuts,Avocado. Olive oil.No sugar no grain. Period.Lost 50 lbs no exercise and kept it off over a year.
Only walking the dog. When you mess up start over right away. Trader Joe's or a grocery store get salami get vegetables that you can take with you and snack on and you're good to go.
