Anyone familiar with Tri State Motor Transit?

I did local work for TSMT running an end dump here in Orlando. It was awesome, until the contract ran out. Then I had to look elsewhere. They treat their drivers pretty good and pay really good. I will warn, if you have a blemish on your credit record, be ready to explain away or they won't hire you. Lot's of their loads are either HAZMAT or government arms (explosives, ammunition, misssiles, etc). They are extremely picky in who they hire. Even if you run an end dump hauling trash and lead contaminated dirt like I did, they will go back more than 10 years in your records. If you have a Security Clearance, it is a huge plus for them. Also be ready to run squeaky clean legal and run into some really odd stuff. Stuff like not being allowed out of truck at pickups, deliveries, getting escorts across country, etc...

 

This is a really old post. but, is there any current solo drivers at TSMT and could they share the good and bad with us? (miles, home time dispatch etc. )
